Manufacturing…..Our Trailers Are Different!

LBC Trailers is a small, family owned and operated welding and
fabrication shop located in Thunder Bay, in the heart of
Northwestern Ontario. We specialize in the manufacture of logging
trailers….each one built to the customer’s individual
specifications.

We have designed and developed our own unique model
of logging trailer with a Double Drop Deck, which increases volume
with out adding extra tare weight. In addition, we manufacture our
own Air Ride Suspension called the Trailer Flex TS-98 Suspension.
We also install, supply and service all types of Hendrickson Air
Ride suspensions. We have developed our own Air Tie Down System and
a unique Air Scale System for spring ride trailers. Check our

We recently designed and developed the Trailer Flex Hinge for
use on all types of trailers. The hinge allows the trailer to bend,
allowing for easy travel over rough terrain (hog backs). It
improves the performance of the truck by transferring weight to the
drives, and reduces frame and suspension stress. The hinge can be
set up for horizontal and/or articulating applications, and can be
retro-fitted into any existing trailer. Check out our photos of

As a licensed mechanic shop, we are able to repair and safety
check all types of logging trailers, chip vans, float trailers,
etc. We also modify and retrofit existing trailers with any
improvements requested by the customer.
In additional to logging trailers, we can build other customized
trailers, such as utility trailers, shop trailers, and ATV
trailers.
